About
I am devoted to supporting and empowering adolescents and adults to reach their potential and live authentically. I work with many different presentations including: trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder & Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, risk, phobias, low self-esteem, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My areas of passion include supporting the LGBTIQA+ community and working with trauma. I also love supporting NDIS participants to build upon their daily living skills and assist them to meet their NDIS goals.
I will work with you to ensure that our therapeutic approach is holistic, unique and in line with YOUR needs. This may involve using talk therapies like CBT, ACT, DBT and/or further exploration into any underlying traumas that your body may be unconsciously storing using EMDR therapy and sensory intergration.
Life can be really bloody hard at times. This is a safe place to unpack everything and make sense of it all. I will work with you to process and resolve the underlying issues and support you to carve out a future that aligns with your wants, needs and values.
