Kylie has experience working with first responders, veterans and, people experiencing family violence. She has also previously worked in a private psychiatric hospital developing and delivering group therapy programs to adults with a wide range of clinical needs. Areas of psychological counselling expertise and experience include grief and loss, stress, work-related problems, Depression, Anxiety, self-esteem issues, sleep difficulties, anger management, trauma, deliberate self-harm and suicidality as well as providing counselling and support to individuals experiencing, at risk of, or recovering from domestic or family violence.
In therapy, Kylie integrates a range of psychological approaches and evidence-based treatments in order to best meet the clients’ needs. She works with her clients to assist them gain a greater insight into their thinking and behaviours and to make positive changes in their lives.
Kylie offers compassionate, non-judgemental, and effective psychological services to individuals with a broad range of clinical needs. Extended office hours and Telehealth options are available and clients may be eligible for a rebate if they have a Mental Health Care plan.
