I work with clients facing a range of challenges, including substance use issues, trauma, and mental health concerns. My ideal clients are individuals and families seeking comprehensive, empathetic support. They may be struggling with addiction, past traumas, or emotional difficulties and are motivated to pursue personal growth and healing. My clients value a holistic approach that incorporates evidence-based therapies like ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Therapy. They seek a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where they can build resilience, improve their well-being, and achieve meaningful, long-term change.
An experienced alcohol and other drug Counsellor, I have completed a Master's in Counselling, and specialised training in ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Practice, and Family Therapy. My expertise allows me to provide holistic, empathetic care tailored to each client's needs, helping them overcome challenges, build resilience.
I aim to help people work towards a more satisfying and connected life. I see this work as a privilage and I am always grateful to have the opportunity to support my clients with their challenges.
