Hello! I'm a neurodiversity-affirming psychologist, I'm neurodivergent and love working with people who seek to discover more about themselves. I'm lucky to be part client's moments of realisation, of clarity and understanding - when everything finally makes sense! I provide ADHD and Autism assessments for Adults, and I also provide Therapy support for Children, Adolescents and Adults experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Stress, ADHD support and sensory and learning differences. I'm trauma-informed and provide EMDR Therapy. I have appointments available in the next 1-2 weeks and my work is personal, relational and collaborative.
My Therapy & Assessment services are thorough to ensure I learn about you, your history, & your experiences. I use a strengths-based, client-centred, approach to ensure neurodivergent voices are lifted & individuals are recognised for their unique strengths, while also acknowledging the adversity we face living in a neurotypical world.
Therapy & Assessment accessibility is important to me and I offer staggered fee payments & alternative reporting options. My multiple neurodivergence was discovered later in life, and my lived experience provides for genuine connection and understanding.
