Hello! I'm a neurodiversity-affirming psychologist and love working with people who seek to discover more about themselves. I'm lucky to be part of a moment of realisation, of clarity and understanding - when everything finally makes sense! I provide ADHD and Autism assessments for Adults via Telehealth, and I also provide Therapy for Adolescents (16+) and Adults experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Stress, ADHD support and sensory and learning differences. After hour appointments are available after hours, and I have appointments available in the next 1-2 weeks. My work is personal, relational and collaborative.
My Therapy & Assessment services are thorough to ensure I learn about you, your history, and your experiences. I use a strengths- based, client-centred approach to my work, and ensure neurodivergent voices are lifted and individuals are recognised for their unique strengths, while also acknowledging the adversity we face living in a neurotypical world.
Therapy & Assessment accessibility is important to me and I offer alternative reporting options & staggered fee payments. My multiple neurodivergence was discovered later in life, and my lived experience provides for genuine connection and understanding.
