Counsellors often talk about the client as being the expert of their own life. It is true. There can be times, however, when we get stuck, cannot decide, and find ourselves repeating patterns of thought and behaviour that can lead us to experiences of depression, anxiety, stress, and distress.
If we can decipher the codes handed down to us, internally or externally, we may be able to shape things differently for ourselves and future generations. My way of being at Ko Se Counsel is to sit, stand, or walk beside you as you understand, define, and make happen what you seek.

I believe in theoretical integration as one of the best approaches to help you to get to the core of what you are experiencing. This means using approaches from one or multiple therapeutic practices to best support you.
I am of African heritage and deliver culturally safe practice for all. I provide an anti-discriminatory service and strive to ensure that this practice is present in our work together.
