I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with experience in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. My approach is trauma-informed, and skilled in addressing a wide range of clinical issues, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, mood disorders, self-harming, grief and loss. I creates a warm, supportive environment where clients can feel safe expressing themselves freely.
I understands that each client is unique and tailors my approach accordingly, using evidence-based interventions and frameworks such as CBT, Trauma Therapy, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy.
