Please note that I am currently fully booked and unable to accept new enquiries. It is a great honour to support people who are dealing with difficult emotions, navigating challenging life events, or just feel they could use some extra help. In my work, I focus on tuning into your emotions and core needs. I work from a holistic framework where our thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, emotions, environment, relationships and past experiences all shape who we are today. I believe that each of us makes complete sense when we understand all of these parts and can explore them with safety and curiosity.

I know the courage it takes to reach out to someone new. What will they be like? Will they be able to help me? Is my problem important enough? Will they "get" me?
