With over 10 years experience as a psychologist my goal has always remained the same, to help people. Therapy is different for everybody and I am here to support my clients on their unique journey. Whether they are attending because of overwhelming and uncomfortable emotions, or difficult life transitions I always provide a safe place to be heard and understood. Through shared understanding and ongoing collaboration the goal will be to provide support and identify areas for growth that will enable clients to live authentic fulfilling lives. I believe that all clients deserve to feel safe and understood during the therapy process.
I am trained in a number of therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, IFS and more. I am committed to providing inclusive and accessible psychological support that empowers individuals, families, and communities. My approach is client centred, and I am passionate about working collaboratively with each individual client I see.
