I am honored to be walking beside you on your journey of discovering parts of yourself that you have yet get an opportunity to get in touch with due to past trauma, low self-worth/ self-esteem, chronic suicidal ideation, loneliness, life challenges, burnt out, sense of disconnection from yourself and from the world, mental or physical health diagnosis.
My approach is an integrative approach of Process Oriented Psychology, Somatic psychotherapy, IFS (Internal Family System), post Jungian psychology. Please note Process oriented psychology is not a talk therapy. The process of this work is to gain awareness, working towards aligning your thought emotion and action, and integration in your daily life.
In session, we will explore sensation, feeling, vision, emotion, sounds, movement, awareness as arises in the moment in the body. We will work with what comes up in the present moment and in your life currently. We may explore nervous system patterns, sensory experiences, imagination/visionary experiences or parts work through voice dialogue.
