I work with adults and older adolescents experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, panic, and sleep disruption, as well as those living with chronic health conditions, burnout, and neurodevelopmental diagnoses (including ADHD and Autism). Many are managing strain across work or study, relationships, and daily functioning, often alongside patterns of sustained effort, high standards, and self-reliance. While effective in the short term, these patterns can become difficult to maintain, contributing to exhaustion, disrupted sleep, reduced capacity, and difficulty with decision-making or maintaining momentum.
My approach is structured and tailored to each person’s circumstances. I work across the factors contributing to current challenges—physiological, psychological, social, and situational. I work with evidence-based therapies and practical strategies that are adapted to be appropriate, paced, and responsive to individual needs.
People seek support when what has been working no longer feels sustainable. Therapy provides a space to step back and clarify what is contributing to current challenges - to be supported in finding practical, and effective ways that are aligned with your values, capacity, and current life demands.
