I offer professional counselling for individuals and couples in Geelong, with in-person sessions and secure online counselling available Australia wide. I provide a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can feel at ease to explore what's bringing you to counselling.
I work with clients experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief and loss and communication difficulties.
In individual counselling, the focus is on building insight, developing practical coping strategies, strengthening resilience and creating meaningful change. In couple's counselling, I support partners to improve communication, work through conflict, and rebuild emotional connection.
My approach is warm, integrative and evidence based, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities that fit your unique needs and goals. Counselling is collaborative, practical and paced to feel right for you.
With in person counselling in Geelong and online sessions across Australia, support is accessible wherever you are.
I welcome you to get in touch.
