I specialise in strength based, person centred therapy, working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, helping individuals find confidence and helping individuals who have experienced trauma and systemic violence. Therapy with me, means working with individuals at their own pace to work through the issues they are experiencing within themselves, their relationship and their lives.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ and Cultural and linguistically diverse community my practice is inclusive of all individuals within these communities. I strive to provide inclusive support to all individuals. My usual days of work are on Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
I'm a non binary queer therapist and as a member of the queer community I understand the unique experience of being queer, the process of coming out, figuring out your identity and the stigma from friends and family. Please feel free to reach out to have a chat, you can reach out to me via phone or email.
