I am a Mental Health Social Worker, with 15 years experience working with individuals, couples and families throughout a range of stages and presentations. My work focuses on helping people to navigate the difficulties that come with high-risk, high-stress occupations, adjustment to life changes, relationship stress, burnout, anxiety and depression.
