Witnessing your recovery from historic trauma is why I do this work. The right counsellor & therapy is essential. I work hard to ensure you feel safe. In this way can you build rapport & trust- otherwise therapy won't be helpful. I specialise in historic child sexual assault & abuse, adult sexual assault, DV and other forms of violence. Trauma results in internal shame, disconnect from others, mental illness, anxiety, depression, addictions & self-harm. I also provide highly effective relationship & family therapy; strong relationships being the cornerstone to your health & wellbeing. Specialist ASD/Autism therapy is also provided.
I'm committed to provide you with the highest quality, safe trauma- informed therapy. You have the right to be happy & healed from shame & trauma impacts & to live your best life. The specialist trauma- informed practices we will use are underpinned by up to date research and training of evidenced- based best practice outcomes that will work for you.
