About
Hi I’m Kerry, I support and empower individuals and couples experiencing challenging life events. My approach is hope focused and heart centered. Most of my clients contact me because of anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, grief, or some form of midlife crisis. Clients tell me I am warm, genuine, un-judgmental, and easy to talk to. I help people uncover their own insight, strengthen self-belief, and learn practical tools and skills for living in the real world. My office is a private, confidential space, away from the busyness of shopping centers and clinical office settings.
I specialise in Mindfulness and Compassion based approaches to help you grow through adversity, and manage change more effectively. This might involve coming to terms with past events, learning to live in the present with authenticity, and redefining what matters most to you. With couples I utilize Gottman therapy because of its focus on positive outcomes.
