Groups
School Leaving with Disability or Neurodiversity
School Leaving with Disability and Neurodiversity (Western Australia) is a supportive space for families, young people, educators and professionals navigating the transition from school to adulthood. The group connects people with resources, services, and shared lived experiences to make the pathway clearer and less overwhelming. It highlights opportunities for further education, training, meaningful employment and community engagement, while embracing neurodiverse and disability-affirming perspectives. Members can ask questions, share ideas, and access practical guidance tailored to WA systems and services. Together, we build understanding, reduce isolation and create stronger futures for young people and their families.
