I firmly believe that the mind and body are connected at Mind and Body. I specialise in providing a holistic approach to counselling using a humanistic approach. Please bring whatever you feel to your sessions; I will not judge you. Counselling is about being true to yourself and working through life's challenges. We will work together to look at your goals and your needs at that very moment. We need to work together to face and overcome the challenges you are going through. By working together, you should be able to gain answers to some of the life questions you are seeking by yourself.
I offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings by coming to your conclusions and answers to the questions you are facing. I am not there to give you answers or to tell you what to do. The session is all about you, and we can explore these areas safely, set goals, find answers, or to talk about the difficulties you are facing.
I am here to walk with you every step of the way through the highs and lows, Successes and failures, that you are facing. I understand that reaching out can be daunting at first, but I am not here to judge you. I want to help you get the most out of life and live it to the best of your ability.
