Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent a long time holding things together for others. They may be navigating trauma, burnout, parenting challenges, or the quiet exhaustion of trying to live in environments that don’t quite fit. Some are exploring their neurodivergence for the first time, while others are parents or practitioners seeking a deeper understanding. I offer a reflective, collaborative space to make sense of these experiences and find ways of living that feel more aligned and sustainable.
I offer trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming counselling, parenting support and reflective supervision, including EMDR therapy. This work focuses on understanding your experiences, making sense of patterns, and finding ways of living that feel more aligned and sustainable.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to holding things on your own. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If this feels like it might be a helpful space for you, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
