Perhaps you understand why you feel as you do, yet still find yourself caught in the same anxiety, relationship patterns or emotional responses. You may have tried therapy before and learned useful strategies but have the sense that something deeper remains unresolved. Sometimes understanding the problem is not quite the same as changing it. I am a registered psychologist of over three decades. I work online with adults experiencing complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, relationship difficulties and significant life transitions, and with people who want to go beyond symptoms to understand and change the deeper patterns beneath them.

My approach integrates EMDR with psychodynamic and Jungian psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems and other evidence-based approaches. I have particular expertise in working with dreams and nightmares to integrate them into therapy. A dream may open possibilities that ordinary conversation has not yet reached.

You don't need to know exactly what therapy would suit. Understandably, most people don't initially. You just know that something needs to change.
