Coming from a sub-acute background, I am trained in DBT for suicidal ideation, which forms a core part of my approach. My goal is to empower clients by helping them gain insights into their emotions and behaviors, equipping them with practical tools to manage challenges effectively. Together, we work towards identifying their unique strengths, developing safety plans, and setting achievable goals for their mental well-being.
I work with clients using DBT, ACT, SFBT, CBT, and RO DBT. I support them in exploring behaviour patterns and addressing issues like substance use, suicidal thoughts, and neurodiversity challenges (including executive function difficulties). I offer inclusive counselling services online or face-to-face in a safe, comfortable space, centrally located in ACT
Facing challenges like substance use, despair, or neurodiversity can feel isolating. I believe everyone has inner strength. In a supportive, non-judgmental setting, we explore feelings, uncover patterns, and develop practical strategies and skills for lasting change.f you're ready to build on your journey toward change, let's take the next step together.
