Hello! I’m a queer, white, Internal Family Systems therapist, social worker & meditation facilitator. I have experience working with victim-survivors of family violence, people living with chronic mental illness & complex trauma, & LGBTQIA, neurodiverse & sex worker communities. I can support you through deep emotional distress, feelings of unworthiness & shame, disembodiment & disconnection, trauma (sexual, relational, intergenerational), understanding your sexuality, conscious boundary setting, developing needs-based communication skills, strengthening your body-mind connection & unpacking whiteness/white privilege.
I specialise in Internal Family Systems and integrate mindfulness techniques, social justice principles and somatic experiencing to create a radically compassionate and non-judgemental therapeutic space. I offer an approach which supports you to practice relating lovingly to your internal world and make sustainable, meaningful change.
Sessions unfold at your unique rhythm, follow the direction of your desired outcomes & honour the pace & depth of your inner exploration. I welcome all aspects of your being, I validate the ways systemic oppression impacts & shapes your inner experiences & I celebrate the creative & well-intentioned ways you've navigated obstacles & adversity.
