Hello! I’m a white, queer lesbian, Internal Family Systems therapist (level 2), social worker & meditation facilitator. I am experienced working with victim-survivors of family violence, chronic mental illness & complex trauma. I work closely with LGBTQIA, neurodiverse, sex worker communities & spiritual practitioners. I can collaborate with you to cultivate emotional balance, reduce anxiety, rewrite narratives of unworthiness & shame, heal trauma, understand your sexuality, develop conscious boundary setting & needs-based communication skills, strengthen your body-mind connection, navigate grief & loss, & unpack white privilege.
My non-pathologising practice embraces diverse & complementary frameworks & modalities, which I tailor to your needs & wishes. These include IFS, somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, social justice values & contemplative wisdom. Through these means you are supported to practise relating lovingly to your internal world & make sustainable, meaningful change.
I view our work together as alive, dynamic, & generative. I contextualise your experiences & validate the impact of systemic oppression in shaping your relationship to the world. Your stories are important & you have already navigated many adversities in this life. Our work builds on everything you already have & finds a loving path back to Self as home.
