My greatest passion is in helping others to find peace, fulfilment and meaning. My approach is person-centred, non-judgmental and collaborative. I am a trained and qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. My therapeutic approach is one which integrates elements of several modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness.
As someone who has recovered from depression in the past, this is an area of special interest for me. I also work with clients who have experienced trauma, grief and loss and, those living with chronic and debilitating health issues.
