Relationships shape how safe we feel in the world. When conflict, separation, burnout, or parenting stress arise, the impact can ripple through identity, work, and family life. I focus on women’s wellbeing, couples therapy, and support during separation and co-parenting transitions. I work with couples seeking to strengthen communication, repair trust, navigate parenting stress, or gain clarity about the future of their relationship. I also support couples who are separating and want to do so with integrity mutual respect that honours their shared history and values.
I am a U.S. trained psychologist with over 20 years experience providing trauma-informed and neuroaffirming evidence-based care. I have particular interest in working with couples and families, and my goal is for clients to leave every session with new insights and actionable steps toward their goals.
Many relational and emotional difficulties are not defects, but signs of unmet needs, unresolved experiences, or mismatched neurotypes. My approach is focused on repair — repair of relationships, repair of trust, repair of self-understanding, and repair of the internal narratives distorted by sociocultural stressors, trauma, and deep desire for connection.
