I hold experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I see mild to moderate presentations of people 13 years and older. I use modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Based Therapy (FBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
