As an integrative counsellor I work relationally with the client. We work to navigate complex challenges such as trauma, neurodiversity, or struggles related to identity. This could include developing coping strategies for ADHD, managing autism in personal and professional lives, LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking self-acceptance, or Armed Forces veterans processing past experiences and adjusting to civilian life, or addressing situations from the past. Therapy will be tailored to your unique situation, and we can work towards goals around mental clarity, emotional resilience, self-growth, and building fulfilling relationships.
I offer a confidential, safe and affirming environment for you to feel comfortable to share events that are troubling you. Working with emotions and feelings we will explore from a very surface level to how you deeply feel about certain aspects, it can help to explore patterns of relating and how it may have had a negative impact.
