The decision to engage in therapy is a personal and complex one. If you're thinking of reaching out, it is normal that unsettling feelings can arise. Barriers to attending therapy can also be convincing enough to not give it a go. This is NORMAL & is welcomed in therapy. That's where your growth begins.
