I'm passionate about Counselling and supporting people who are experiencing challenging times with their mental health, family violence, trauma related issues, sexual abuse and childhood trauma, healthy/unhealthy relationships, anger management, addictions, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, grief and loss, life challenges, disabilities ,work or carer challenges, and parenting skills, . Building on their strengths and teaching strategies such as EFT, Breathwork & grounding to build confidence and improve coping skills, giving clients a voice to feel heard and walking alongside them through their healing journey to reach their goals.
I work with adults & children from Client Focused, Person Centred, strength-based, trauma informed approach. Pride myself on creating a positive connection with my clients where they feel comfortable & safe, find their voice & feel heard. Building on strengths and reconnecting with self, self empowering through positive change to live the life they deserve.

Reflective Waters Counselling Group
This is a group for women supporting women after experiencing Family or Domestic Violence, Psycho educational, empowering group, developing a stronger sense of self, healthy and unhealthy relationships, anger management, calming the limbic system, strategies to improve coping skills, Emotion Focused Therapy, grounding and calming techniques and an audio support tool box for you to collect over your time in the group. This is a non judgemental group and everything we discuss in the group is confidential. Please don't hesitate to call for more information.
