I am an experienced psychologist who enjoys supporting people from all walks of life. I love being a psychologist because I am a curious person who enjoys learning about people, while helping them get to know themselves, their strengths and challenges. I aim to make therapy safe, effective, and enjoyable. I offer face to face session in South Caulfield or online for people in rural Victoria and have experience working with client's in the Mallee and Alpine regions. I am able to travel to see some client's with appropriate NDIS funding. I see my client's as experts in their own life and approach session with kindness and compassion.
My main areas of interest and experience are with people experiencing substance use, ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, BPD, Trauma and Life Transitions. I enjoy supporting people who have a family member experiencing addiction. I have a non-judgemental, empathetic, client focus but am not shy to be direct when needed. I also like to find what strategies work for you.
