I am an Accredited Mental Health Social worker who provides counselling to a diverse range of clients of varying ages and backgrounds. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, focusing on the mind-body connection.I also provide Grief counselling for Complicated grief. I bring a wealth of experience from both the community and healthcare settings.
I believe in being genuine, authentic, compassionate and having a sense of humour. Being able to create a safe therapeutic space where clients can also be their authentic selves - a place they can start to heal.
