About
I have been working as a Clinical Psychologist for 15 years and value working collaboratively with clients. From this relationship, I seek to understand your situation with curiosity, openness and compassion. I will help you explore what might be maintaining current difficulties and work with you to adjust evidence-based strategies so they best suit you.
While I treat a wide range of mental health difficulties, my particular expertise is in supporting adults and children affected by trauma and loss. My treatment is informed by my extensive work treating PTSD and Prolonged Grief disorder as part of research trials, at the University of NSW.
I practice a range of evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, ACT and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Throughout therapy, I tailor treatment to your preferences and incorporate your existing strengths.
