I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self harming, mood instability, stress/burnout, trauma, disordered eating, bullying, school "can't" or relationship challenges.
Feeling heard and understood is essential; I will help you to build trust and feel accepted and supported.
I don't pretend to be the expert of your life - you are. We will work on your goals, striving to achieve meaningful change in your life. I value your feedback and collaboration along the way.
I have 18 years' experience as a Psychologist and have worked in both adult mental health, youth mental health, and across government and community settings. As a parent myself, this is an advantage to enable me a better understanding of the struggles that other parents face day-to-day. I am compassionate, collaborative, and focused on client outcomes.
Choosing a Therapist can be difficult - I offer a free 15 minute phone call to help with your decision. If you choose to contact me; I look forward to hearing your story.
