Hello, I'm Dr Kathy!
As an endorsed clinical psych and ed/dev psych, I enjoy working with clients to create a therapeutic space that feels safe and empowering. I believe that every journey towards mental health and wellbeing is unique and deserves a personalised approach. We offer:
1 - Therapy for adults to work through life’s challenges using evidence-based strategies (CBT, ACT, DBT & EMDR).
2 - Assessments for children, adolescents and adults that are comprehensive and include a range of neurodevelopmental conditions (specific learning disorders, autism, ADHD etc.)
3 - Supervision for psychologists that is PsyBA approved.
I have over 25 years experience as a psychologist, with a PhD and masters degrees in both educational and clinical psychology and experience in different educational, hospital and private practice settings.
