I'm an accredited and registered Clinical Counsellor and Clinical Forensic Mental Health Worker. I specialise in individual counselling, trauma, and working with victims of coercive control, particularly narcissistic abuse that has been compounded by separation or divorce. I work toward providing clients with support, clarity, understanding, and validation while they recover from coercive control, and the goal throughout the therapeutic process is to heal trauma, restore confidence, restore identity, and maximise well-being using evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed expressive drawing therapy.
An extremely beneficial approach for rehabilitation of victims of coercive control and trauma. Specialising in Clinical and Forensic Mental Health allows me to alternate between the sociolegal and psychosocial environments, a complex area of therapeutic practice that targets coercive control and enables me to design sessions tailored to the client's needs.
Sessions are conducted via webchat; clients can connect anywhere at any time and keep it private because typing is more private than talking. Sessions are available globally. For more information and bookings, please visit our website.
