Announcement icon Currently I have a few openings for accepting new clients. At this point in time, all sessions in my practice are virtual through Zoom.

I work with individuals battling with grief and loss. Losses occur for us all of the time and sometimes, they hit us so hard we need a little extra support. We may experience loss of relationships, transitionary times for our children starting school or leaving home, a passing of a family member or breakdowns in relationships. Some of these losses feel as though we aren't allowed to grieve and our practice is a safe space to do so. We acknowledge the busy-ness that remains even when loss occurs and have sessions available after hours and on weekends.
With over 8 years working with people who have experienced trauma and loss, I have a strong skillset in supporting grieving people. We will work through grief models and help to reinvent and reframe the future in a way that instills hope for you and makes you feel safe and supported.
If this sounds like something you need right now, whether for a singular visit or ongoing - please reach out to us with our contact details. If you would like more information about the services we provide, please contact us and we can discuss your needs and whether another therapist might be more appropriate.
