Hi, I'm Kathryn. I'm a Registered Psychologist, and for 20 years I've worked with individuals to help them when they're feeling stuck, burnt out, anxious, or struggling to navigate a work or personal relationship. I also work extensively with new mums, and mums to be, helping to navigate through this life change. Whether you're talking with me as an individual or a couple, I will provide you with a safe, non judgemental environment to explore issues, improve self understanding, and provide strategies to get you back on track to being your most resilient, calm, and best self.
I love helping people achieve positive outcomes in their lives. This has been through private practice in both individual and couples counselling, and through corporate wellness training programs.
