I have over 19 years experience as a Psychotherapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker working alongside these that have experienced Refugee torture and trauma, abuse and PTSD and those living with personality disorders, anxiety, stress, depression, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, peer & relationship challenges, racism and discrimination.
The driving force behind my therapeutic practice is my belief in everyone's ability to heal from pain, find self fulfilment and a passion for inclusivity, diversity, social justice and in the delivery of trauma informed care.
