Psychotherapy is about expanding your understanding of yourself and your relationships, about learning to navigate the world differently.
While therapy is about dealing with problems and treating symptoms, it is also about recognising strengths and promoting growth. It is place for emergence, expansion and transformation. People access therapy for many reasons: past, present and future concerns – usually a mix of all.
I am a clinical psychologist (MAClinPsych, ANU) with a graduate certificate in Relational Psychodynamic therapy (Contemporary Psychodynamic Institute, Seattle, WA, USA).
I have also completed training in The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy through The Couples Institute (California). I work within a relational psychodynamic framework
Therapy provides a space to attend to our deeper, formative stories.
Relational therapy is a collaborative process where we will work together to address your needs and acknowledge your strengths. Everyone’s therapy experience is unique, there is no one size fits all. I aim to facilitate a relationship where you feel free and curious to explore and grow.
