Hi there! I'm so glad you're here. I provide telehealth psychology to young people, adults, and parents. People often come to me when they’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or navigating neurodiversity, anxiety, low mood, or parenting challenges. I’m known for sessions that feel relaxed and conversational, while still being honest and direct: because sometimes you just need someone who won’t judge you and will get straight to the point. My work is grounded in neuro‑affirming and trauma‑informed care, so it's very much designed for the busy and deeply feeling humans.
I have many years of experience supporting individuals, parents, and families with neurodiversity, anxiety, low mood, attachment disruption, and trauma. My sessions draw from IFS, Schema, DBT, ACT, and CBT. In simple terms, we understand your patterns, calm your nervous system, and build tools that genuinely fit your life.
Telehealth gives our sessions more freedom, join from bed, the couch, or with a coffee in hand. I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at. If you’re feeling ready to reach out, I’m here and happy to connect in whatever way works for you. I’m looking forward to meeting you when the time feels right.
