If you’re feeling stuck, flat, or not like yourself, you’re in the right place. Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed, burnt out or lost, disconnected from themselves and unsure how to move forward. If that’s you, you’re not broken, and you’re not alone. I offer a space to slow down, unpack what’s going on beneath the surface, and reconnect with who you are and what you want next. Through individual counselling (as well as women’s circles and workshops), I help women move forward with clarity, self-trust, and more space to actually be themselves.
While my approach is warm, collaborative and deeply respectful of your lived experience, it is also no BS and down to earth. Making meaningful change in your life often requires an open and compassionate exploration of what is AND what is not, working for you. It is powerful and purposeful work that will allow you to show up as the person you want to be.
I am a registered and experienced counsellor, women’s circle holder, group facilitator and university teacher. I am passionate about supporting women and mothers through the changes and challenges that life brings. If this is you, let's connect today and see how we can start taking your next right steps.
