About
I work with people from across all walks of life dealing with life's challenges including mental health, cancer, dementia and chronic illness. I work with people seeking greater ease, joy and meaning in their lives.
Through creative counseling and music-based approaches, we'll explore and process your goals at a pace that suits you. Using music as a prompt and support, we might use music listening, discussing, playing, singing and writing music to help you gain clarity, build on your strengths, and connect with yourself and others. No musical experience required.
If you're curious to find out how music therapy might be helpful for you, please get in touch for a free 15-minute consultation.
