I specialise in using evidence-based music and counseling approaches to help you build confidence, manage big emotions and cope with life's challenges. You might be looking to cope with chronic illness, depression or anxiety, or to connect better with yourself or someone else. You might want to loosen the impact of trauma on your life, or build confidence. You might be looking for a therapy that goes beyond words and taps into the wisdom of your body and creative soul. I bring 7 years of experience working with people across a range of life experiences, and a dedication to work with you to improve your life.
Music is a gentle and uplifting way to gain insights and supports for so many of life's challenges, and you don't need any musical experience to benefit. Together, we'll explore creative ways to work together. I integrate musical experiences and collaborative reflections using a trauma-informed & relational lens to help you find comfort, ease, insight & joy.
If you're curious to know more about how music therapy could help you, I offer free 15-minute consultations to help you decide. I know it's importance to find the right therapist for you - to feel safe and like there's a connection - so there is no obligation to make an appointment. I would love to hear from you and make a connection, so please do reach out.

I work with people who might be struggling to cope with chronic health conditions or the impacts of trauma. In our first sessions, we work together to create trust in the relationship, and identify what you want to work on, and what methods we might try. Through experiential and practical processes, I notice most clients feeling more confident to cope, with more lightness in their daily lives.

I incorporate a variety of approaches into a relational, trauma-informed and somatic approach to music therapy. We might work to establish practical supports for managing pain and anxiety (solution-focused) or musical experiences might lead to an exploration of your values (ACT) or how you connect and relate in the here and now (gestalt). The approach I use is always guided by what suits you best.
