I utilise a person-centred approach to help clients adjust to and cope with difficulties that are arising in their life. I believe you are the expert on your own life and I enjoy collaborating with clients to evoke meaningful change. I can assist clients who are experiencing: stress, anxiety, depression, women's health issues (coping with endometriosis, fibroids, fertility and other reproductive health concerns), life transitions, grief and loss, addiction and substance use issues, and relationship concerns.
I am dedicated to helping people and empowering them to live a fulfilling life. I have an empathetic and warm therapeutic style, and value an integrated approach to mental health and wellbeing. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
I welcome new clients and am happy to discuss your needs to see whether I am a good match for your therapeutic goals. Please feel free to get in touch to arrange an intake call to find out more.
