I am a specialist grief and bereavement counsellor. I support people to adapt to a significant change in their life following someone close dying. If you are experiencing grief and feel confused, stuck or overwhelmed, call me. I provide a non-judgemental and skilful space that is necessary for positive change. My role is to facilitate this with empathic listening and reflective inquiry. I guide people to create a healing pathway forward.
Medicare Rebates apply with a GP referral. If you hold a white or gold card, sessions are available without cost with a GP referral under the DVA program.
As specialist grief counsellor, I have a depth and breadth of knowledge that enables me to be with you through the pain and struggle around someone dying. I coach people to build coping skills, address unresolved issues, and find a new kind of strength. I draw on my yoga and mindfulness qualifications to support people to adapt to their grief.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss how I may be able to assist. My goal is to assist you in building a sense of confidence and reclaiming your personal well-being and optimism about the future. Please note, I may suggest other practitioners for concerns that do not fit with my specialist bereavement counselling.
