Using a variety of methods, I help you to connect with your inner experience and inner wisdom, encouraging greater flow, growth and increased perspective. I also work with blockages in the body, energy and emotions, promoting energy flow and vitality. I also help you learn how to become more embodied, calm, and how to experience your body as a resource.
Clients say they find me kind, caring, unjudgemental, easy to talk to. I have a collaborative, personalised approach.
