For over 20 years I have taught & practiced therapeutic counselling and group work. I work with individuals and couples and specialize in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, domestic & family violence, pain, addiction and other traumatic life events e.g. separation from or death of a loved one.
I also specialise in clinical hypnosis and as a holistic practitioner my focus is on increasing clients’ optimism & wellbeing, which includes attention to lifestyle issues e.g. diet, exercise, sleep and social relationships
