I work with people from all walks of life and can support people from different backgrounds, life experiences and current challenges. I have specialised training in working with neurodiverse people, and am a late-diagnosed ADHDer myself! I am also able to support people with different abilities, and have experience working with people who have intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injuries. I also work a lot with carers to support them to get through the challenges of the unique situation caring presents.
I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space for people who are navigating the challenges of everyday life. Blending counselling and coaching, I can support you to make sense of your life experiences, build confidence, and develop practical tools that help life feel more manageable. I walk alongside you, at your pace, to reach your goals.
Whether you're seeking help with emotion regulation, daily stressors, or simply wanting to thrive with greater ease, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Please feel free to contact me to have a chat!
