I've been practicing as a counsellor for 20 years. I'm a compassionate, non-judgmental, warm, and empathic person which enhances my therapy sessions. I adopt a client-centred perspective using numerous therapeutic approaches including but not limited to ACT, mindfulness, CBT, strengths-based therapy, and narrative therapy that facilitates change within the counselling process and value connection as a part of my therapeutic framework.
I specialise in working with parents, families, teens, and those who experience anxiety. I offer in-person individual and family therapy from my counselling space. I have lived experience with anxiety and encourage a calm, connection-based parenting approach to support your parenting journey. I also offer supervision to counsellors.
