I am passionate about assisting people to overcome challenging personal patterns, recover from trauma, and abusive relationship dynamics. I love working with adults and children to resolve the impact of trauma, to empower people to have the future they want. By identifying your needs, strengths and implementing easy to use skills, as well as safe trauma processing your life can improve.
In a warm, person-centered holistic approach I integrate Trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Expressive Therapies and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), to your needs. These are therapies that work for neurodivergent people, for trauma symptoms, and anxiety.
It is a challenge to decide to deal with the impact of trauma. If you have decided you are ready I have twenty years experience working with trauma and lots of strategies to share with you.
