I'm a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a broad range of clinical settings. My background includes work in adult outpatient services, youth inpatient units, and specialist roles within both government and not-for-profit sectors. I have particular experience working with military and ex-military personnel and their families, as well as within child protection and family drug and alcohol services. I am also a Board Approved Supervisor, and enjoy supporting early career psychologists, allied health professionals, and clinical psychologists.
I specialize in personality disorders, mood and anxiety conditions, complex trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, eating disorders and parenting challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques, drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy.
My aim is to create a warm, flexible, and non-judgemental space for clients. We will work collaboratively to develop a shared understanding of your concerns and to set clear, achievable therapeutic goals. I'm Available for face-to-face appointments in Christmas Island, and telehealth sessions for clients across Australia.
